Oat Spray Dryer Products
Spray drying is the most widely used process in the liquid forming and drying industry. Most suitable for producing powdered, granular solid products from solutions, emulsions, suspensions and pasty liquid raw materials. Therefore, spray drying is a very desirable process when the particle size distribution, residual moisture content, bulk density, and particle shape of the finished product must conform to the exact standards.

Oat spray dryer working principle
The air is filtered and heated into the air distributor on the top of the dryer. The hot air spirals evenly into the drying chamber. Liquid feed through the tower at the top of the high-speed centrifugal atomizer, (rotating) spray into a very fine liquid droplets, and hot air and cocurrent contact in a very short period of time can be dried into finished products. The finished product is continuously output from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone, and the exhaust gas is exhausted by the fan.
