In the early stage of drying, most of the moisture is rapidly removed by flash evaporation, which disperses the material. Due to the constant drying speed and the short drying time, relatively high hot air temperature can be used. Swirling at the later stage of drying can ensure longer residence time And the use of fresh air as a drying medium, the product can reach lower moisture content.
(1) short drying time, material temperature is low, excellent product quality
The total residence time of the material in the drying system does not exceed 1 min, and due to the centrifugal force, the coarse particles stay longer than the fine particles, so the product has even moisture content.
(2) low operating costs, stable operation, easy to operate
The system can control ① flash inlet air temperature, ② cyclone exhaust temperature, ③ flash exhaust temperature and feeding volume, ④ bag inlet pressure and other key parameters in the best range, low operating costs, stable operation, simple operation .
(3) high product recovery, exhaust almost no dust emissions, the operating environment is good
